5. Graphics Design Service

• 100% upfront payment will be applicable for any design service (online or in-store)
• Maximum 3 changes/amendments allowed
• Additional amendments will incur 25% of the total design price per change

A low resolution .jpeg or protected .pdf will be sent for proof. After confirmation, the customer will receive a print-ready .pdf file.

For same day/express turnaround jobs, no digital mockup/proof will be sent.

If customers require printing services after design approval, no additional approval is required to begin printing.

Customers are strongly advised to:

• Check all details, including spelling, contact info, and offers

Proof approval:

• Accepted only via email
• Not accepted via Viber, WhatsApp, Skype, or social media

6. Disclaimer

• It is your responsibility to ensure products/services meet your requirements
• We are not liable if the Website is unavailable
• We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of Website content
• All materials are for general guidance only
• Prices and offers are valid only at the time of publication
• Stock availability is not guaranteed

• Design charges are non-refundable
• Response time: 1–2 business days
• Refunds processed within 48 hours if approved
• Customers pay shipping for unused returns
• No restocking fee

9. Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or discontinue services
• Restrict access
• Remove or refuse content

10. Prohibited Uses
