Shipping Cost

Your shipping cost is calculated separately and added to the product price. Most of our products are designed and listed with shipping costs included. However, some products may have shipping costs charged separately.

Production & Delivery Time

Printing products are generally produced within 24–48 hours after proof approval.

Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected and typically takes 2–9 business days.

All products are shipped to the delivery address provided when placing your order.

Dispatch & Delivery Schedule

Our daily cut-off time is 11:30 AM (every working day).

• Orders placed after the cut-off time (online or in-store) will be processed on the next working day.
• Most products typically take one working day to produce.
• Orders are dispatched on the next working day after production.

Example:

• Order placed on 1st February before 11:30 AM (1 working day production)

→ Dispatched on 2nd February
→ Delivered on 3rd February (estimated)

• If 2nd February is a Bank Holiday

→ Dispatched on 3rd February
→ Delivered on 4th February

Our team always aims to minimise production and dispatch time and may complete both on the same day where possible.

Collection

Instant collection is available for selected products from our workshop, including Saturdays and Bank Holidays.

Next-Day & Express Shipping

We offer next-day or two-day shipping on selected products.

To keep costs low and optimise efficiency:

• Orders may be grouped for courier collection
• Jobs may be scheduled across different machines
• Orders may be printed alongside others to reduce material waste

We also offer expedited shipping options (3–4 days or less from proof approval to delivery).
Please contact us if you require faster turnaround.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding this service in the future.

Return Policy

If there are any errors on our part after artwork proof approval, www.ezprinters.co.uk will send a replacement job with priority shipping at no charge.

We do not offer refunds for the total amount, only a reprint of the same job.
In some cases, a refund or voucher may be offered.

Return Conditions:

• All returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Customers must provide 3 photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product(s)
• Damaged items must be returned within 48 hours for reproduction

Additional Information:

• A customer representative typically responds within 1–2 business days
• Additional information may be requested if needed
• Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours using the original payment method
• Customers pay shipping only when returning unused items
• No restocking fee is charged
